The PMO Analyst is responsible for defining departmental metrics, analyzing and consolidating data to produce a standard set of reports and dashboards. The PMO Analyst will serve as the BPMO Liaison and lead the coordination of cross functional reporting cycles and consolidation.
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting SOX compliance conditions and audits. Provides and maintains cost control and variance reports on open purchase orders and vendors. Generates monthly and ad hoc environmental business, performance and scorecard reports.
The primary responsibility of the role is to
financial expenditures, service contracts, cost analysis, data collection and quality control/quality assurance, waste accounting, scorecards/metrics, SAP and vendor services, invoice verification, processing and payment, purchase order tracking and change orders, investment recovery revenue collection, vendor interface/billing reconciliation, SOX compliance and environmental regulatory reports.
