The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will lead and manage the core cross functional study team and is the single point of accountability for the operational delivery of one or more clinical studies from concept through reporting, including inspection readiness, submission and regulatory defense.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform project team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance; provide an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching and training apprentice PMs.
This candidate will have ownership of budget reporting across the group, monitor spend, as well as annual budget planning with a high attention to detail to assure accurate reporting numbers to the corporate finance group.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, and in many cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective. S/he works with constituent Project Managers (who are responsible to the Program Manager for the execution of their project and its impact on the program) to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.
