The Product Quality Surveillance Specialist Commercial Complaints is an experienced Quality and Technical professional who delivers the Product Quality Surveillance activities for Client's pipe-line products and appropriate support for in-line products to enable a sustainable existence on the market.
Supports the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing by leading, supporting, driving efficiencies, and enabling Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to build actionable solutions across key opportunity categories and key sales initiatives.
Assesses, makes recommendations, develops, implements and supports human resources processes, or components of HR processes, related to areas such as employee engagement, recruitment and retention, and policy standardization.
This role will be responsible for providing production support for the Bank's money transfer applications; these applications are carrying out payment instructions using SWIFT, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, CHAPS, DTA, SEPA, ACH, CMS and internal Banks payment and compliance applications.
Responsible for creating and refining specifications for line extensions by developing multiple profiles/options for each concept and using a methodical approach to narrow down to the best alternatives.
Manage through issues/exceptions with custodians, fund accounting agents, and other third parties to ensure accuracy of client investments; maintain and update reference data for private investments held in the clients portfolio.
Manage activities related to electronic quality systems, e.g. document and record systems, Trackwise Change Control and Trackwise Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Success Factors training, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain benefit and absence programs within the region, including execution within existing systems, downstream impacts to other internal systems, and process change management.
