In this role, you will be primarily aligned to the Commercial Operations CRM & FIM COEs to help drive effective utilization of CRM and FIM capabilities to unify all Medical Device Sales force organizations.
In this role, you will partner across business and IT stakeholders located across all regions to build strategies for successful development and deployment of NA CRM / FIM Solutions portfolio of core capability offerings and new technologies to drive business value; enabling the achievement of product delivery targets and more.
In this position, you will manages all commissioning resources including direct hired staff, third party resources, and engineering contractors. Adds value to the organizations performance by executing projects and proposals of all types, e.g. greenfield, brownfield, operating plant maintenance and cost reduction projects, etc., productivity improvement initiatives, design and execution standardization methodologyetc. The successful candidate will be an expert in their field and carry direct responsibility for the work executed within the group.
