In this role, you will perform essential duties, lead and direct the work flow of the payroll department to ensure that all payroll is processed in an accurate and timely fashion, and that accounts payable invoices are properly coded and processed in a timely fashion.
In this role, the selected candidate will be preparing and inputting payroll data; maintaining forms (benefits enrollment, HR status change form, etc.); and, maintaining appropriate data for employee files.
In this role, the selected candidate must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with clients; responsible for handling a variety of payroll services, including but not limited to processing salaries, commissions and bonuses, garnishments, miscellaneous deductions and unemployment claims, etc.
