This position will involve interpreting and processing timekeeping data for the North America payroll operations. Duties will include a variety of functional processing as well as customer service aspects of the department, requiring the proper candidate to leverage their payroll experience with learning and executing company specific policies and processes.
This individual will be charged with navigating our HRIS (Workday) and owning the payroll process which includes, prioritizing tasks, partnering with vendors and owning commutation on behalf of the department.
In this role, you will oversee the accurate calculation and payment of salaries, wages, complex commissions, bonuses, and taxes, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations across multi-states. The selected candidate will also review payroll data to ensure data in employee payroll records is accurate and up-to-date.
In this role, you will support and assist the Payroll team with all payroll processing jobs, performing various validation steps throughout the process to ensure an accurate and successful payroll run; as well as support banking functions and account reconciliation tasks.
