In this position, you will provide legal assistance to the Law Department attorneys and act as a liaison between the company and outside counsel, third parties and in-house employees. In addition to, working with company employees on cross- functional special projects and initiatives.
This position will lease administration work for multiple projects. Review and make recommendations on prospective cell site leasing contracts. Coordinate the execution of all leasing contracts from inception through final signature. Maintain Access database of key contract terms. Interact with landlords, attorneys, engineers, site requisition specialists, construction managers, operation personnel and NREA to resolve any lease related issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing corporate organizational documents and organizational charts; drafting closing documents; title and survey review; preparing transfer tax documents; transferring property locally and nationally; reviewing and revising documents such as deeds and loan documents, escrow agreements, consents and broker agreements; and preparing closing binders.
The Paralegal will be primarily responsible for administering and maintaining multiple client trusts including the distribution of trust funds upon request, keeping accurate and concise records of how funds were obtained and distributed and verifying the accuracy of the trusts' balances.
In this role, you will preparing Probate and Administration documents, fiduciary accounting, and Inventory of Assets, Receipt and Release agreements, preparation of affidavits and an understanding of the probate and administration process, marshaling of estate assets including obtaining certificates of death valuations needed for estate tax purposes.
