In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the nursing clinical director, physician leader and staff in insuring that the service/unit maintains the highest standards of patient care and is responsive to the needs of the patient & family as well as the organization.
Assign and supervise nursing personnel. Review all incidents and accidents in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Participate in facility related surveys and inspections conducted by authorized agencies.
Collaborates with Quality Assurance, Training/Innovation, operations managers, project managers and others to insure optimal patient care is consistently delivered across all areas to achieve a high level of patient care. Assure team is operating within nursing state regulations.
