The Manufacturing Supervisor will assume a critical role in planning and managing the production activities of one of our CNC manufacturing groups. This role will be challenged to build high-performance production teams that meet customer requirements of quality and on-time delivery as well as stated business objectives within budget guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will enable ongoing training and development of subordinates including written performance appraisals, salary recommendations, Rewards and Recognition program participation, employee coaching and counseling, Individual Development Plans and disciplinary actions.
In this role, you will be responsible for hiring lab maintenance personnel. Ensures that lab maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance, maintenance repair and installation of equipment and manufacturing operations to ensure continuous production operations.
In this role, you will provides leadership and support to direct reports to discuss progress of work and ensures that standards for quality and quantity of work are met. Responsible for addressing and resolving employee concerns, whether directly or indirectly disclosed.
