Assist clients with implementing processes and technologies related to tax compliance and strategy. Analyze the tax implications for clients that have employees working internationally and are filing income tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing written tax advice to clients, evaluating and alternate courses of action to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, recognizing potential tax risks, and identifying potential changes in tax policy and regulations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with expatriate tax return compliance experience (Forms 1040, 1040NR, 5471, 8858, 8621, 8833), including gross up projections, review of resident vs. non-resident status, treaty-based return positions, taxable vs. nontaxable fringe benefit analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sophisticated client engagements for High net Worth individuals and family groups; reviewing complex individual tax returns and related fiduciary, partnership, corporate and nonprofit returns.
The HR Project Manager- Global Payroll Tax will report to Executive Director, Business Travel Operations and act as both the Project Leader for US Domestic lane of work as well as the Project Manager (PM) for US Domestic lane of work within the Global Business Travel Tax Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all tax aspects of intercompany pricing including leading the organization into a new and changing environment of additional OECD and EU oversight and regulations.
