In this role, the selected candidate will serves as an independent and effective HR practitioner working as a member of the HR/Credentialing team. Responsible for assigned human resources functions for the Wilmer Eye Institute, a complex clinical department with university and hospital activities.
The Director will be involved in shaping work HR COE (Center of Excellence) strategy, driving HR capability and efficiency and supporting optimization; knowledge in the areas of HR metrics, analytics, and data strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible to function as a part of an interdisciplinary team as an expert clinician and decision maker on application of resources required for patient care involving a crisis or emergent situation.
The HR Reporting Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR and business CoEs (Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Finance Planning and Analysis, etc.) to provide holistic and integrated Human Capital Planning and Metrics.
The HG Generalist supports the management team and will be responsible for all HR administration and assisting with recruiting and special projects. This role requires a high degree of discretion as well as a strong communication and employee relation skills.
The successful candidate will provide the full range of day to day HR administrative support for GTS North America Commercial Sales Team, including such activities as staffing, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, on-boarding and communications.
In this role, you will provide HR guidance and support in the areas of organizational design, employee relations, employee engagement and development, talent management, performance management and succession planning.
