This role will be responsible for providing reporting and analytical support to the global FMC HR Team and FMC Business and ensure compliance with global regulatory reporting needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and maintaining HR systems in support of various Human Resources projects and initiatives.
In this role, you will provide support for all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify requirements for business operations and configure system to meet those requirements. Develop, test and maintain documentation of all HRIS enhancements/modifications.
