The Sales Manager, working with their local Growth Leader(s) is the local lead in identifying, developing and supporting marketing activities including seminars, roundtables, and other speaking opportunities.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, training and mentoring to the HR team. Managing the Human Resource functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Oversee the compensation and performance appraisal and objective-setting initiatives for the global eCommerce employee populations to include annual and mid-year reviews, manager feedback, coaching and facilitation of performance management training.
Develop and implement strategic workforce planning for the site; lead recruiting plans and identification of talent. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure effective execution of Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS processes and programs.
Provide support and guidance in the management of the employee life cycle. Identifies trends and provide guidance to management at all levels to mitigate employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture.
Lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR transformational change for clients. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies.
Must have strong communication, relationship building skills and communicate with all levels of staff and senior management; ability to strengthen strategy, vision and goals throughout the organization.
Support and guide field Human Resources professionals regarding onsite investigations; direct appropriate resolutions to field Human Resources professionals on all escalated employment relations issues.
