In partnership with management, including senior members of the executive team, this position creates alignment between people and organizational development strategies along with short and long - term business strategies.
Assist business leaders with training, development, and succession planning issues; design and propose initiatives and programs to train and develop employees, increase productivity, improve morale, motivate employees, and create a positive employee relations climate.
Interact with functional leaders and employees to gain a first-hand feel for their daily responsibilities and challenges. Form solid working relationships with the functional leaders, based on thorough knowledge of the business and HR procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will
create and maintain effective relationships and develop a strong knowledge of the organizations structure, roles, goals and challenges to serve as a trusted and valued advisor.
A portion of your leads will come from building external referral sources and a portion are developed from our internal team. There are dollars in the hustle and most leads are self-generated through a structured, proven activity plan.
Ensure all policies are being met when sourcing and selecting candidates. Work directly with hiring team leader to provide proper guidance around competencies, capabilities, skills, diversity, and balance of external and internal selections.
