The Jr. web designer role is responsible for concepting, leading, and supporting design principles through the graphics for holts.com as well as all email campaigns. The Jr. web Designer will relay the brand experience through web formats cohesively using the latest methods.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Art directors and Creative Directors and respective team members to produce brand relevant motion graphics for broadcast, digital and internal projects.
The candidate will work with the corporate development team, technical leads and senior management to strategize and perform creative duties and graphic design as required for print and web in collaboration with corporate branding guide (e.G., publication design, marketing materials, ads, presentations, photography, writing, illustration and videography). Responsibilities would also include coordinating project photography and photo-editing.
The candidate must take initiative to meet all responsibilities, maintain confidences, and accept challenges with enthusiasm while being courteous and diplomatic as well as well-rounded and curious with a variety of interests. Must have the ability to design for many different types of projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for
designing brochures, postcards, eblasts, and monthly/quarterly reports. Other work will consist of creating the branding for new developments, which includes designing mood boards, the logo, branding guidelines, and the resulting collateral.
Ideally, candidates will possess experience working on a wide variety of interactive projects including mobile applications, web sites, interactive presentations, social media solutions and graphic design tools.
The Front-End Developer and Graphic Designer will primarily be responsible for creating designs and front-end development of new and existing microsites, landing pages and templates, and overseeing and/or making decisions about site rebuilds.

The Graphic Designer will create designs that engage, attract and sell and develop or acquire images used in a variety of creative projects, including advertisements, brochures, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, websites, promotional displays and signage.
The right candidate should be able to design and/or source assets quickly based on sketches, draft slides, data and content requirements gathered from different departments under the direction of the senior members of the team.
