Leading business development with responsibility for proactively growing existing client business and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have experience developing new business and key relationships at the most senior levels of Merkles Clients.
This position includes all customer co-marketing efforts: Data driven content creation, easily communicated product messaging, effective in-store merchandising, content management, 1st class website experiences in partnership with the Omni Channel team, all aspects of promotions, collaboration on traditional advertising (fliers, TVCs, online and other), management of programs within budget, and overall positioning of the brand at retail and online.
The General Manager is responsible for planning and managing food service across the entire campus. In conjunction with direct reports, develop strategic operations plans aligned with the client's mission, vision, and objectives to include sustainable practices while balancing the fiscal constraints of the operation.
Develop and retain a strong team; ensure that new hires -- both executives and staff are guided properly and completely through the on-boarding process and are transitioned into the Bloomingdales culture with consistent communication and coaching.
