This position will be primarily responsibility to assist the Director with the hands on day-to-day management of Capital Projects, repair/replacement of critical equipment & systems, renovations/ rehabilitation of all Facility buildings and grounds.
The Building & Facilities Manager will have responsibility for planning, prioritizing and directing a full range of operational activities of the facility. The Manager will also promote and foster effective working relationships with facilities staff ensuring uniform standards of operations and maintenance.
The Facilities Manager must be resourceful to keep machines up and running efficiently and accountable for plant appearance, infrastructure function, machine availability, capital project management, maintenance cost management and safety.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide daily work assignments as business needs dictate; respond to breakdowns, prioritize and triage work; manage vacations and schedule to maintain necessary staff for production support.
Building Maintenance and Operations: Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building; ensures that all areas are maintained in a safe, attractive and appropriate manner, consistent with the standards of the facility and the institution.
The role is responsible for managing the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements. The position will be responsible for all line of business and third party relationships with the assigned buildings.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic including managing the functions and actions related to the center staff, quality of overall provision of patient care, maintenance of the physical plant and center equipment, and inventory control.
Develops conceptual space plans and layouts for renovation projects, monitors headcount in all locations, order furnishings and workstations for offices and public spaces, and provides suggestions for interior design enhancements throughout the company.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate new or modified GMP laboratory operations to determine the need for new or revised SOPs, additional personal protective equipment and, if necessary, train laboratory personnel in the use of that equipment.
