The Executive Assistants primary responsibility is to support the Managing Director Global Head of Department by performing a variety of both routine and complex administrative, clerical and office duties, including oral and written communications, business contact management, calendar management, meeting organization, travel planning and special projects.
Create, copy, proof and distribute internal and external correspondence, memorandums, forms, mass mailings, agendas, presentation materials, and reports; perform various analytical research and collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing reports.
Coordinate and schedule large internal meetings involving the CEO & COO, board meetings, senior leadership meetings, and other daily meetings while monitoring and anticipating scheduling conflicts; ensure CEO & COO are on kept on schedule and on time for meetings.
Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and event budget (non sales meetings and events). Creates powerpoint slides as needed. Prepares and ensures timely delivery of the Board book.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide support to one of Chobanis executives to ensure effective management of operations. By anticipating the needs of the executive, the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide the highest level of executive support.

Coordinate detailed travel arrangements with Bain Travel and outside agencies including air, hotel, ground transportation, visas and meal reservations, as business needs and personal preferences dictate (provide travel itinerary).
