Support Regional President in management of financial P&L and operational efficiency, and work to maximize revenue and IBT performance through rigorous management of the P&L and in alignment with goals.
This role leads the internal and external communication of the clinical and economic value proposition and of scientific results to achieve maximal scientific impact and commercial success of AZ products throughout their life cycle.
Participate in strategic development of existing business by highlighting our value proposition to secure upsells and cross sells; create opportunities to solidify key client partnerships including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews, campaign reviews, and vertical roundtables.
Prepare quarterly analysis of actual results for presentation to CFO and Investor Relations Finance lead for the Budget, Projection, and Risks and Opportunities processes Lead reporting and analysis of total company financial results in coordination with key stakeholders .
Responsible for multiple logistics management functions including inventory planning and optimization, decommissions, capacity management, demand analysis, material resource planning and operations. Additionally, develop and maintain operations budgets for short and long term planning functionalities. As a Director, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring direct reports to optimize performance and enhance the quality/speed of deployments.
This individual will work with our sales, planning, merchandising, finance and marketing teams in order to forecast the business based on changes in strategy and business climate and manage inventory to support forecasts. He/she will be critical in setting the strategic direction for our planning organization and establishing new processes critical to our continued growth and profitability.
Managing full sales process lifecycle, including identifying and initiating new sales opportunities, understanding account requirements, conveying and demonstrating product capabilities, facilitating and owning deep dive product capability Q&A sessions, managing objections, and negotiating contracts.
The Director must possess the ability to plan, direct and coordinate a variety of specialized and complex research projects, must have knowledge of clinical design of experiments, clinical data management and programming tools, and ability to interpret results from clinical studies. The Director should have ability to roll out new initiatives and assists the Senior Director (TA Head) in strategic planning.
