The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible and accountable for structuring comprehensive planning and implementing the Nursing Services Program that guides the delivery of a quality health care program.
The Senior Sales Director of Nursing Education is primarily responsible for developing and implementing plans and strategies to promote the success of the Nursing Education sales function in support of company objectives.
Provides direct nursing care pre, intra and post procedure, under the direction of the Facility Manager, utilizing standard nursing techniques to assist the physician in optimum patient outcomes following facility policies and procedures.

The Director of Ambulatory Nursing is accountable to the Vice-President for Ambulatory Services for ambulatory care service and operational issues and the Senior Vice-President for Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer for nursing practice issues.
The DON will oversee the nursing care of the skilled nursing residents; the DON is supported by a strong ADON and Nurse Managers, as well as the executive team; responsible for the management, supervision and delivery of clinical care services for all residents/patients.
The Director of Operating Room is part of the hospital administrative team and assists with the organization, direction, management and evaluation of patient care services for the OR Service areas; responsible for the clinical, operational and financial management of the OR Services departments.
The incumbent will work with senior leadership as well as with TUSM Research Administration and TCRI offices in managing the clinical and operational aspects of each trial and will serve as the liaison for departmental research with all constituents, including members of the department leadership team, faculty, research staff, residents, students, and the Temple research enterprise.
Seeking a Center Nurse Executive / DON with a minimum of 2 years experience as a DON is a sub-acute care, rehabilitation provider with a positive career history in labor management, clinical outcomes and survey results.
Educate students regarding the medications being dispensed and / or self - help measures for their particular problem. Record all patient care activities on the student chart in a legally acceptable fashion.
Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interactions with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors. Set and monitor achievement of goals and objectives for the nursing department consistent with established philosophy and standards of practice.
Work closely with the Director of Education and Continuing Education to maintain overall management of the human, material, and fiscal resources associated with the continuing nursing education programs.
