The incumbent will be expected to develop attribution, segment and predictive models to support customer acquisition strategies, primarily for digital channels. It is expected this will be accomplished through pilot, test and learn delivery practice to support a wide range of services and projects in the distribution and sales channels.
As a Data Scientist, you will take lead on exploring and creating business value from data science operations, you will formulate strategies and follow-on data science processes and architectures, including statistical analysis, machine learning modeling etc. You will help ensure understanding of the business objectives and help invent new ways to analyze, visualize, and derive value from enterprise and financial services data.
Manage data analytics requests and turn them into clearly defined projects for the team, with well-defined parameters and deliverables. In addition, lead efficient, accurate and timely data analysis projects, and effectively communicate findings.
The data scientist will utilize their expertise in machine learning, statistical data analytics, and predictive analytics to help implement analytics tied to cyber security and hunting methodologies and applications.
In this role, you will develop and deploy machine learning models, data mine, deep learning and AI to see if we are running effective campaigns and focus on improving customer experience from digital channels.
Analyzes data to describe client behavior and preferences, understand channel usage, diagnose client experience problems, size marketing opportunity, target clients for treatment and measure the impact of marketing and servicing initiatives.
Design, develop and validate statistical models for novel medical applications. Areas of team focus include mhealth, genomics, and other projects in support of design, analysis, and meta-analysis of clinical trials.
