This position will have ultimate responsibility for the creative quality and output for specific new business efforts and be a key contributor to our largest account. Additionally, this person will work with other creative partners and have the support of the Boston team as required.
In this role, you will work closely with Writers, Strategists, Junior Designers, UX Architects and digital producers to concept and execute compelling, engaging, user focused, responsive content across all media: web, mobile app, social media, video, print and beyond.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns and materials requested by marketing and publishers on more than 200 campaigns yearly across adult/young adult/fiction/nonfiction titles in both trade and consumer vehicles.
In this role, the selected candidate will own and oversee brand development projects, independently and as a supervisor, from concept through delivery of brand manifestos, adlobs, moodboards, and brand books.
In this role, you will manage client relationship and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing; identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various projects, and clearly presents those ideas to the team and the client.
In this role, the selected candidate will Ensure creative executions are consistent, particularly across tent pole events and initiatives, and that all creative under review remains on brand and consistent with our values, tone, voice, mission and vision.
In this role, you will create designs that address business, brand, market and user requirements, including the design and production of site layouts, print materials, content treatment and user interface elements.
In this role, you will provide professional design and creative problem solving skills, concept development, and knowledge of a broad spectrum of materials and manufacturing and sales capability at the point of business discussions.
