In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments within the corporate office including: design, product management, merchandising, buying, planning, sales, store design, marketing, ecommerce, PR, creative services, visual merchandising, IT, Finance, etc.
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the following: Strong seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting Develop and deliver a strategic staffing plan that enables us to execute against the talent demands within multiple business units Effectively partner with business leaders and hiring managers, as well as multiple business partners including finance, HR, compensation, campus staffing, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
