This person will lead a geographically distributed organization that is responsible for delighting our advertisers by maximizing the return on their marketing investment with AMG, delivering flawless ease of doing business and be responsible for driving client service strategy and execution. Internally, this role will partner closely across a number of teams including Sales, Retail, Product, Creative, and Shopper Marketing.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers in regards to life and health insurance policies, assisting the underwriting team with policies and all back office work relating to policy writing, dealing with escalated issues, and working directly with carriers.
The most qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for leading change, creating a culture focused on customer service and the customer experience ; in building and developing teams, high levels of customer engagement, and the ability to build mutually successful client relationships.
Manage client email marketing campaigns including communicating with clients on campaign scheduling, targeting, mailing issues, procedures, expectation setting and exercise discretion in resolving client issues.
The Client Services Managers (CSM) is primarily responsible for working with the Client Services Directors (CSDs) to ensure that client contract deliverables and operations needs are being met. The CSM works closely with the CSDs to plan, schedule and monitor project milestones for client support activities.
Assisting in the development of new & existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity and profitability; overseeing the integration of large fund administration mandates.
Assist CSDs with daily project management responsibilities, ensuring each assigned client project flows smoothly through each required Touchpoint department from inception to completion of assigned contract(s).
In this position, you will work with sales and your account team(s) to help to drive overall upfront planning for your account(s), and you will manage a portfolio view of brand and media strategies for clients.
