Financial center managers (FCMs) operate as business owners and are responsible for fostering a team environment and instilling an effective client-centric, sales and risk culture within the center, demonstrating that we are here collectively to help our customers achieve their financial goals.
Conducts production status meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverable as part of change management strategy. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverable.
Work collaboratively with the Continuous Improvement team and responsible for the creation of a Distribution Center-wide culture of continuous improvement that reduces waste throughout all distribution processes using CI Tools as well as Lean techniques around process re-engineering.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining camaraderie amongst center associates, while ensuring all teammates drive collectively toward financial center goals.
Maintains knowledge of specific technical specialisms, provides detailed advice regarding their application and executes specialised tasks. The specialism can be any area of information or communication technology, technique, method, product or application area.
Ensure that existing and new cloud environments meet security policy and integrate with existing security shared services, e.g. continuous network and application vulnerability scanning, SIEM/CSOC, federation, two-factor authentication.
Participate in a team approach to patient care, being cognizant of and responsive to the needs of patients and all Center staff;participate in annual budget preparation process and operate within approved budget.
Training and evaluating the efficiency and productivity of team members by establishing performance standards and objectives; conducting regular Operations Reviews and Performance Appraisals and making recommendations for wage increases and promotions, when applicable; ensuring execution on all people related initiatives (i.e. bench planning, climate survey follow up).
Responsible for creating a fair, open environment for all teammates. Ensure consistency of treatment and application of policy; the position serves as the on-site Personnel Director and ensures fair and prompt resolution of teammate complaints, grievances and operating problems.
