In this role, the selected candidate will provide assistance as Budget Analyst to plan, organize, and carry out annual and multi-year budgeting in all phases of budget administration to include, formulation, justification, presentation, enactment, and execution in support of the various organizational and mission related programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in responding to sponsors request for clarification and further information as it relates to applications and proposals; prepare Federal financial schedules/forms as required, under direction of senior RD Finance staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in financial studies and analysis regarding projected changes in revenues and expenditures; prepare various paper and electronic forms such as journal vouchers, check deposits, invoices, Pcard transactions and shopping carts.
In this role, you will analyze expenses, budget, and forecast for the retirement plan services business line and deliver on more complex assignments for assigned area(s) of responsibility. You will also act as a resource to the finance team and applicable internal / external stakeholders and leaders.
In this position, you will require data and financial analysis and support preparation of third party cost reports, as well as special projects. This position will work with the Budget and Reimbursement Director to develop and maintain budget reports while working with financial and operational, and/or management control systems.
The Budgeting/Financial Planning Analyst will provide technical support to the organization's budgetary operations for all IRC domestic and overseas office, assisting the Senior Director in refining the annual budget submission process and developing more effective oversight of the budget throughout the fiscal year.
