The Employee Benefits Manager will manage and implement all benefit programs, including health & welfare, closed pension plan and 401(k). S/he will be primary contact for administration and ensuring compliance with all federal and state guidelines and regulations.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead a team of benefit specialists and oversee pension administration vendor and be responsible for all pension analytics, manage all audit engagements and liaise with finance teams for test controls.
