The Mgr, Commercial Sales Ops is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and execution for Sears Commercial Sales. Assigned to a district, this role serves as a liaison to customers, sales, the delivery operation, service, and our Customer Care Center.
The Commercial Sales Ops Manager works closely with sales and customers, ensures B2B sales contracts are properly executed, and that profit margins are protected. This position is responsible for attending pre-construction meetings, site visits, delivery observations, aligning and managing customer and internal expectations.
