The Creative Director is the shepherd of great brand and visual experiences that will define companys future. A thought leader and mentor, the Creative director pushes those around them to be the best, to do better and gives them the guidance and tools to get there.
The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing online and print resources for strategic messaging intended for both internal and external audiences, including current and prospective students, alumni, faculty, administrators, staff and the general public.
In this role, you will lead major brand moments, including conceptualizing creative initiatives around: holiday advertising and promotional campaigns and initiatives; popup stores; events; product launches; collaborations and partnerships.
The selected candidate will assist in developing company wide creative processes including voice and content workshops, brief sessions, high priority brainstorms, emerging technology and social opportunities, and innovating on campaign work.
The candidate will work on complex tasks, projects or issues that involve a high degree of risk, impacts business unit performance and makes use of the individuals high level of knowledge within one or more areas of specialty.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead internal creative team in design and production of all company communications for various internal clients, including member, provider, broker, employer group, patient and prospect communicationsto be distributed across various traditional and new platformswith an emphasis on digital channels.
In this role, you will be responsible to
ensure and maintain a consistent, high quality level of work for all assigned accounts. Communicate account knowledge with the team, so they understand and articulate brands according to established guidelines and philosophies.
