Assist with supervising third party administrator responsible for accounting and recording of fund level and investment level activity in the funds general ledger or oversight thereof in accordance with US GAAP.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee monthly bank reconciliations of all accounts and all bank deposits; review work of staff responsible for cash receipts, accounts payable disbursements and Medicaid billings.
In this position, you will oversight of all daily accounting functions, including direct supervision of the accounting staff, accounts receivable / payable, inventory, billing, collections, payroll & general banking/cash management.

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for establishing internal controls, policies & procedures, upgrading the staff and controlling the month end close process as well as the preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Lead and manage the activities of the sites finance department to ensure solid finance support to other site department heads, as well as developing and utilizing efficient business processes within the department.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the Bank's functions which include preparation of federal, state and local tax returns, preparation of the quarterly tax estimates and payments, tax planning and general tax inquiries.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing financial and operational support for all areas of the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, expense report management to ensure timeliness of expense report submissions and proper recording within the ledger and client rate analysis to ensure timeliness of rate increases.
The Assistant Controllers secondary responsibilities are to support and to partner with Regional Controllers in contract management and negotiation with Clients and supporting all activities required to establish pricing proposals for new business opportunities and program expansions as well as overall regional profitability.
