As Coordinator Project Administration you will define, coordinate and evaluate special projects to support operational goals of the Center for Bioelectronic Medicine (CBEM). You will also partner with department management to identify and assess opportunities for improvements.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of business including: administrative support for the Regional Director; support for District managers and oncology sales team as needed; financial issues such as budget tracking and oversight, expense reporting, promotional funds; display and exhibit funds.
Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress. Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Support quality and safety initiatives throughout the house through communication, observation, and facilitation of quality initiatives. This would include but is not limited to falls reduction initiatives, BSI, and UTI reduction initiatives.
Prepares and submits administrative documentation necessary for HOPE grants and contracts such as other support documents, just in time documents, statements of work, project timetables, and biosketches.
