Primary responsibilities include support of opportunity roadmap execution, pipeline performance analysis, industrial and customer relationships management, and the management of international consultants (IC) and commission sales representatives (CSR).
Responsible for appropriate application of Jacobs sales work process, tools and templates. Develop high-quality, opportunity-specific response documents with competitive and compelling sales messages to satisfy client business goals.
The Account Coordinator is the internal point-of-contact for Key Customer coordination, communications and development of report cards/KPIs and newsletters. This position is also responsible for coordinating and assisting in proposal efforts, RFIs and pre-qualifications in support of all East Region Lines of Business.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling operations duties, including: posting all bills and paying all vendors; daily deposit; and, journal entries; creating purchase orders for non-consigned items (color and admixtures).
Plan, create and maintain interdepartmental efforts to capture and track key activities that support the sales process. Devise the appropriate vehicles for collecting, updating, and disseminating the data as needed by the National Sponsorship Managers.
