In this role, you will participate in supporting, upgrading and expanding the Oracle eBS platform for the Financial applications by working closely with the Finance and IT teams in designing, developing, implementing and supporting Oracle eBS Financial system solutions to support the needs of the changing business climate
Prepare periodical tax plan updates in collaboration with Financial Planning Team; conduct tax research to interpret and apply the tax law, regulation, and case law to specific transactions and factual situations.
Understanding complex business processes and relationships to existing data. Working with business contacts, analysts and other subject matter experts to identify, understand and document business needs for data.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge to stay abreast of changes and advancements by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Performs research and analysis of complex healthcare claims data, pharmacy data, and lab data regarding network utilization and cost containment information. Evaluates, writes, and presents healthcare utilization and cost containment reports and makes recommendations based on relevant findings.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
