The Manager of Quality, Safety and Operations Improvement will be responsible for identifying and managing quality, safety and operational improvement opportunities for key operational and clinical initiatives. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, this position will plan and manage projects related to: improving processes through decreasing variation, cost and cycle times; enhancing safety and identifying and promoting evidenced based operation and clinical performance.
The Site Safety Manager must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. You will instruct and train Operations Leaders in Amazon safety policies and assist the operations site teams in incorporating our safety standards at their site.
In this role, you will evaluate offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators, contributes to future product development and marketing strategies using voice of the customer feedback.
In this role, you will develop, coordinate, implement and/or provide technical support for facility Health and Safety Compliance programs and procedures including: Process Safety Management, Confined Space, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Hazard Communication, and Industrial Hygiene.
The Site Safety Manager will lead a team of hourly safety team members: Safety Specialist, Safety Coordinators, Onsite first aid Associates. You will create and execute leadership development plans for your Safety Associates on the team.
