In this role, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with specified contract metrics; operational and personnel activities in the facility; maintain high standards of operational activities, ensuring that the quality management system procedures are implemented throughout functional groups.
The Quality Control Manager will be working in a 3PL food grade environment and is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation, and maintaining FDA / Food related quality systems and external certifications, and providing oversight and direction to organization to ensure compliance.
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the operation as it relates to the following areas/duties: daily supervision of warehouse associates including motivation, coaching, training, and discipline.
In this role, the selected candidate will operate within the Quality Management System in accordance with company policies and procedures; organizes the effort to obtain and maintain relevant certifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management, direction, and supervision of the Perioperative Sterile Processing department including the furnishing of sterile and non-sterile surgical supplies, surgical instrument/equipment and services throughout Carle's main campus and Ambulatory campuses including the Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
