The HR Business Partner will be accountable to develop and initiate strategies (i.e. annual review of talent, succession planning and targeted development) to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Provide day-to-day delivery of HR services and organizational support to internal client groups. Lead all people programs and process rollouts to assigned client groups (SBU and Corporate Staff Functions).
Participate in the performance management processes including development and cascading of goals, annual performance reviews, addressing underperformance, recognition and merit process based on our pay for performance philosophy.
The selected individual will be able to lead cultural change, build internal business partnerships, provide coaching to develop others, challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to business issues.
