The ideal candidate is data driven and holds technical experience actively managing the integrated operations of our Marketing Automation System (MAS) and CRM. Understanding how to configure these technologies to work in harmony to support Sales & Marketing business processes, as well as campaign workflows, is critically important to be successful in this position.
In this role, you will provide financial analysis for Global Supply Chain and External Manufacturing organizations. Prepare monthly department expense review and KPI reporting. Manage logistics accruals and cost charge outs for local sites.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist in preparation of various reports and data requests and answers ad-hoc requests for internal and external reporting customers. Routinely communicate actual performance compared to budget/plan/goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the ongoing support of our global HR systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise (often in partnership with other Company department's systems teams), and providing support for new features/functionality for development, testing, and implementation.
In this role, the selected candidate formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
