Assists in preparing zero spare analysis reports for new contracts and submits them to their Manager for review prior to the start of a contract; work areas and the general appearance of the office are to be clean, orderly and all systems are to be functional.
Assists New Product Development with getting prototype tooling and parts built and provide input on feasibility and cost of tooling; advises tool room support on repairs/changes to existing tools and review tool designs created.
Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files; design, development, implementation and maintenance of the Supply Chain Applications including Warehouse management systems.
Experience in circuit development in some of the following areas: batteries, power supplies, displays, touch and wireless protocols, RF and antennas, MCUs, signal integrity, mixed signal analog and audio, power management, MEM Sensors.
Manage the System Assessment process. This includes the onsite interviews, RMM tool configuration and deployment on the client network, physical review and documentation of the IT assets. Once the field work is done the Engineer then must analyze the data collected and produce a detailed technical document that outlines the client network with our technical recommendations.
Design, develop, test and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) processes necessary to extract data from source systems and transform data according to business needs; evaluate data reusability and reviews data usage to structure data for better management and quicker access.
