In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for profit and loss management of each assigned facility/program including optimal performance of facility operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.
The Director of Operations is responsible for multi-site manufacturing operations, quality, logistics, and driving a culture of continuous improvement in the overall cost and safety performance throughout the organization. This individual will be proactive and have strong leadership capabilities and knowledge in changing culture, improving processes and strong execution of business strategies.
Ensures incorporation of Magnet Program principles and concepts into the day to day functioning of assigned nursing units/departments. Serves in the role of Magnet Coordinator. Serves as a core member of the CNOs nursing leadership group.
