The Manager, Security manages, directs and supervises the Security staff to assure all security matters are handled in an efficient and appropriate manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Develops work schedules for Security staff, provides training, reviews and revises Security policies and procedures, and maintains the Security Management Program.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with specified contract metrics; operational and personnel activities in the facility; maintain high standards of operational activities, ensuring that the quality management system procedures are implemented throughout functional groups.
In this role, you will manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures. Exercises sound decision making to identify and mitigate potential risk.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that facilities and work areas are safe, clean and fully operational; conduct daily toolbox & Safety meetings; rigorously adheres to safety practices and quality standards.
