In this role, the successful candidate will work extensively with SFDC (Salesforce.com) CRM to manage customer account base and Qualify sales leads, answer inquiries and maintain accurate records of activities using approved CRM software (Salesforce).
In this role, the selected candidate will
develop relationships at strategic accounts across multiple functions and business platforms, to identify and close new contract manufacturing opportunities, and maximize account coverage and penetration opportunity leveraging companys differentiated contract manufacturing service capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for interviewing new and existing customers to determine their loan needs and advising those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing, while gathering any additional required information.
This role will focus on the complete Digital Marketing Suite of tools and services and how this customer optimizes their usage of Adobe solutions; measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to communicate with C-Level executives across Product Development and IT; experience negotiating complex contracts, working through conflicts, and facilitating joint legal conversations.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with other consultants from Campaign and other Marketing Cloud solutions, both in the U.S. and off-shore, to design solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition.
