The Support/Analyst will be responsible for the Human Resources function (including employee services, benefits administration, policies and programs), as well as managing vital business priorities and providing high-level administrative support to our MESA- Energy contract.
In this role, you will be implementing, measuring, and improving all processes, procedures, and activities required to ensure maximum availability, utility, flexibility, and responsiveness of the production environment.
The PC Support Analyst will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and voice communication functions and will ensure all work complies with IT policies, procedures and best practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with department needs such as troubleshooting and resolving needs of end users through help desk tickets and calls; administer land based telecommunication and mobile devices and participate in other IT related capital projects.
The HR Support / Program Analyst will provide the MESA support leaders with detailed research, statistical reporting, and information requests, perform clerical functions, prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meeting for supervisors.
