The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team within Digital Technology plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization, bridging the gap between the development, design and product management teams.
As a Technical Analyst in Digital Business and Data Services, you will have responsibilities that include technical analysis, writing functional/technical stories, producing interface specifications and testing related to the middleware component of Digital initiatives.
Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and Infrastructure teams, to prioritize and resolve and/or mitigate outages.
The PC Support Analyst will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and voice communication functions and will ensure all work complies with IT policies, procedures and best practices.
Assist with the on-boarding and transition of production application support tasks into the ASM Team, allowing increased service optimization and economies of scale through our use of standardized tools and efficient standardized practices.
