The DLS Production Manager is a critical role to the model responsible for ensuring that all programs and projects are moving through the operating process, meeting SLAs, adhering to standards and maintaining a solid quality assurance and testing record towards delivery.
The incumbent will also be accountable for building and maintaining a network of partners throughout the Corporate Investment Bank operational and service delivery organizations in order to promote client focus and drive overall service quality.

Plan, organize, direct and control all building automation, fire, and security service operations activities to assure profitable growth. Advise management on local operations planning including resource hiring, development and allocation, financial forecasting, monitoring and issue resolution planning.
The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that fall within their specified region and Line Of Business (LOB) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful and profitable implementation of projects.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors; new business development skills and the ability to grow our footprint with existing customers is essential.
The TSM performs a variety of tasks and functions as a key team member across multi-departmental projects and takes full accountability for the technical reporting, and recommendations for execution based on these criteria.
