A Research Analyst will use research data/information to develop reports, policies, procedures, or systems; solve problems; or support management/business quests/goals for performance improvement and direction.
In this role, you will include wetland and waterway delineations, preparation of waterway permits (section 401 and 404), and preparation of environmental documentation under the national environmental policy act (nepa) requirements. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, planning and design of wetland and stream mitigation and conducting phase I environmental site assessments.

The candidate will have experience in research and development of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy in harsh conditions, particularly applied to pressurized water with high salinity, relevant to carbon storage measurements and monitoring.
In this role, you will perform a variety of standard preparation, sample preparation and analysis using LC/MS/MS, LC/MS-TOF and GC/MS-TOF procedures in compliance with applicable methods, test plans, and SOPs.
