Oversee the selection of new staff, and be responsible for motivating, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results.
As a Regional Sales Director, your success will be accomplished by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as team members, and by developing and implementing an agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area.
The incumbent works closely with other revenue functional areas including reimbursement, payer negotiations and contracting, utilization management and coding. They also manage vendor relationships for patient collections, bad debt management and other activities as needed. Industry-leading practices, processes and technology necessary to achieve established objectives are identified and implemented.
