Plan, organize, direct and control all building automation, fire, and security service operations activities to assure profitable growth. Advise management on local operations planning including resource hiring, development and allocation, financial forecasting, monitoring and issue resolution planning.
This Operations Manager will lead a team of about 50 associates with two department managers as direct reports. They will be responsible for organizing and improving the operations, be the lead person on Continuous Improvement efforts at the location, and be integral to the development of standard work, strategy deployment, and creation of their scalable business model and operations system.
Manage a team of information security engineers responsible for configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise security tools including: SIEM, A/V, DLP, vulnerability scanning, privileged access management, file integrity monitoring, firewalls, advanced malware detection, etc.
The TSM performs a variety of tasks and functions as a key team member across multi-departmental projects and takes full accountability for the technical reporting, and recommendations for execution based on these criteria.
The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that fall within their specified region and Line Of Business (LOB) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful and profitable implementation of projects.
Develops detailed business requirements, feature definitions and implementation plans for Digital/Native Solutions capabilities. This may include gathering information needed to build the business case as necessary from cross-functional teams across the organization.
Responsible for partnering with other line of business product and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap and must be comfortable working in large teams with members across multiple organizations and disciplines.
