The Safety Manager (EHS Manager) ensures safety compliance throughout the manufacturing plant. The Safety Manager, considered an integral partner with the human resources department, will inspire a safe employee environment, and be a change agent in employee practices.
The responsibility of the Manufacturing and Engineering Manager is to plan, coordinate, control and supervise the perfume manufacturing process, ensuring goods are produced efficiently, in the correct volume, cost and quality and in time to meet the demands of the customer.
Establishing and promoting a safe, accident free and healthy work environment by proper labor relations and administration of plant rules of safety and conduct necessary for the control of the operation.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop manufacturing financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating manufacturing requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Responsible for all maintenance and maintenance related projects, repairs, and planning on a plant wide level including but not limited to regular maintenance, preventative maintenance, outages, project and process improvements related to plant equipment installation or modification.
The Site Manager is responsible for the operational and manufacturing components of the corrugated facility. The successful candidate will oversee, manage and direct activities related to the functional areas including manufacturing, maintenance, scheduling, shipping, and inventory control.
The Plant Quality Manager will plan, coordinate and direct the Quality Management System for the plant; additionally, the Plant Quality Manager will lead the operation in identifying and applying best practices in manufacturing techniques and process control as they relate to product quality.
