Leads the strategic planning, development and operational execution of Store Operating Procedures, Workforce Management and Merchandise Flow for the stores organization to ensure profitable sales growth and the expected customer experience.
Directs all activities and functions of a staff involved in the design, development configuration, customization, deployment, maintenance, and updating of a wide variety of business and system processes and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all staff at those facilities under his/her direction to ensure consistent delivery of quality rehabilitation services, while maximizing staff efficiency/productivity.
Establishes and maintains systems that support integrated business development across the offices, including a central content management system and a system to secure bid and proposal funds and training around new business best practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to directs the activities and staff responsible for day-to-day operations ensuring that an on your side service experience is provided to our internal and external sales partners, firms, producers, and customers.
