The Field Service Representative provides customers with service necessary to maintain economical plant operation by performing regular routine inspections of Diamond equipment, along with analyzing and recommending solutions to boiler cleaning problems.
In this role, the selected candidate will receive telephone calls and e-mails from users having problems using computer software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, programming languages, electronic mail, or operating systems.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience providing phone support for Windows 7 & 8 desktop environment including Active Directory (AD), within a Retail Financial Services environment.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an ability to troubleshoot in a high level systematic way, Ability to identify issues and research cause; experience in printer installation and maintenance, including drivers.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor printer toners and ink jet cartridges, replacing and reordering when needed; Support, install and maintain desktop hardware, software, monitors and printers.
