Manages, supervises, plans, directs, and coordinates activities of marketing, communications and events including preparing written material for print or electronic publication, plans and conducts public relations program designed to create and maintain favorable public image for the organization, and manages editorial content for the website and online publications.
The candidate will have responsibility for the overall marketing budget and all key performance metrics including CAC, CLV, revenue and ROI across all channels, NPS, C-Sat. Ultimately, he/she will be responsible for driving profitable growth from all areas of marketing.
